The hibiscus flower, also known as roselle, takes its name from the Greek, where it is known as ebiskos or ibiscos in reference to the Egyptian goddess Isis.
In Hawaii and Malaysia, it is the national flower and appears on the Malaysian currency, representing life and courage. In China, it is known as the flower that attracts wealth; in Japan, it is a symbol of kindness; and in South Korea, it represents immortality.
Our plaster piece aims to capture the essence of this flower and showcase its unique beauty in a unique and detailed piece.
